DISTANCE SALE AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
Effective from: 19 March 2025
These terms and conditions govern the online shop of SIA “Starberry”, registration number 40103734711, registered office: “Lielručkas”, Ķekavas parish, Ķekavas municipality, LV-2123, operating on the website www.1000gr.com (hereinafter – the “Seller” or “Online Shop”), the general terms and conditions of sale, the conditions for the purchase, delivery, return and refund of goods, as well as the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all Customers who make purchases from the online shop www.1000gr.com.
1.2. By placing an order in the online shop, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3. The distance contract is deemed to have been concluded at the moment the Buyer places an order, makes payment and receives confirmation by email.
1.4. The online shop is entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing them on the website. Any changes shall not apply to orders that have already been placed.
1.5. These regulations have been drawn up and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Definitions
A buyer – a natural or legal person who makes a purchase from the online shop.
Product – any product or service offered for sale in the online shop.
Price – The price of the item shown in the online shop, which includes VAT (where applicable) but excludes delivery costs.
Distance contract – an agreement between the Buyer and the Seller concluded remotely via the online shop.
Retailer / Seller – SIA “Starberry”, which sells goods via the website www.1000gr.com.

2. PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. To place an order, the Buyer selects the items and adds them to the shopping basket.
2.2. Once all the necessary details have been entered and the delivery method selected, the Buyer confirms the order and makes payment.
2.3. Payment options:
Bank payment cards;
Bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Merchant (please state the order number in the payment reference).
Please note! When using the online banking payment method, please confirm your order and click on the “Return to merchant” button.
Personal data required for processing payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Citadele banka AS.
2.4. Once payment has been successfully received, the Merchant will send the Buyer a confirmation email.
2.5. If it is not possible to fulfil the order, the Seller shall inform the Buyer immediately and refund the amount paid within 14 days.

3. DELIVERY TERMS
3.1. Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Slovakia.
3.2. Delivery methods:
Parcel locker delivery (DPD Latvija SIA, Itella Logistics SIA, Venipak Latvija SIA, Unisend Latvija SIA);
Courier services (DPD Latvija SIA, Itella Logistics SIA, Venipak Latvija SIA, Unisend Latvija SIA).
3.3. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at the time of placing the order.
3.4. The delivery time is 2 (two) to 10 (ten) working days, but in exceptional cases up to 45 days, provided the Buyer is notified.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
4.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Depending on the product, the Buyer may not have a mandatory right of withdrawal; in such cases, the reason must be clearly stated and explained. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period in which the right of withdrawal is exercised. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, if they are treated carelessly during use or the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is damaged, the online shop is entitled to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods.
4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that spoil quickly or are approaching their use-by date;
Items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
Personalised and specially prepared goods at the Buyer’s request.
4.3. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
4.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must complete the withdrawal form and send it to info@1000gr.com. The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form.
4.5. Goods must be delivered to the following address: “Lielručkas”, Ķekava Parish, Ķekava Municipality, LV-2123, Latvia.
4.6. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the goods do not correspond to the order. If the goods do not correspond to the order and the Buyer has chosen a method of returning the goods other than the cheapest shipping method offered, the online shop is not obliged to reimburse the excess shipping costs.
4.7. The Seller shall issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods. The Seller is entitled to withhold payment until it has received the goods from the Buyer or confirmation that the goods have been returned.

5. REFUND
5.1. Refunds are made using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the transaction.
5.2. The seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the goods have been received and inspected, up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
5.3. In the event of an order cancellation, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

6. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
6.1. The Buyer may cancel an order before the goods are dispatched by notifying the Seller by email at info@1000gr.com.
6.2. If the order has already been dispatched, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. The Parties shall resolve any disputes through negotiation and correspondence. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a court in the Republic of Latvia.
